Building a people analytics capability is the first step on a journey to a new, forward-looking approach called Organizational Planning and Analysis (OP&A). This takes time but the better you plan it, the quicker you’ll get there and the fewer challenges you’re likely to face.
We carried out research with 400 decision makers in human resources and finance from organizations with 1,000 employees or more, located in the UK and the US, and across more than a dozen industries.
