The GSM Association (GSMA) is a membership organisation that represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide and has over 1000 member companies. Its existing extranet was in need of a total overhaul. We built InfoCente2 on a SharePoint platform, enabling all of the best practice document management, search, security and social networking features modern businesses require.
InfoCentre2 provides multiple benefits for both the GSMA and its members. For members, the benefits include enhancements in user experience and improvements in the ability to network with each other, collaborate across industry initiatives and to quickly find information. For GSMA, the new solution serves to strengthen its own offering to existing and prospective members. In addition, the augmented self-service functionality will reduce the overall administrative burden of the member services team.
