Appointment of firm’s first Chief People Officer, Neda Scrini brings new expertise to the top table, along with new Chief Revenue Officer, Ken Ferguson
The expansion sees Asia Pacific region gaining more dedicated resources with new office in Sydney
London, UK, Philadelphia, US, Sydney, Australia, – May 05 – Following a record year of growth, OrgVue is expanding its leadership team with the hiring of Ken Ferguson as Chief Revenue Officer, alongside Neda Scrini as the firm’s first-ever Chief People Officer. The company is also embracing warmer climes as it adds Sydney to its global footprint.
Ken started his role on April 1st and will be reporting directly into OrgVue’s CEO Rupert Morrison. He joins the business from Visier and brings with him a wealth of experience in growing analytics and data-fuelled businesses from his previous positions including Workday, Oracle and Aria Systems. Ken will be the tip of the spear in driving global growth, with a particular focus on US expansion from his base in Ohio.
Neda will begin her role mid-May and will be based in the London office, also reporting directly to CEO Rupert Morrison. She joins the business bringing her deep experience and passion for organisation design and people analytics, honed in various leadership roles during her 8 years at Vodafone including Global Head of HR Strategy and Head of Talent, and prior to this at Capgemini Consulting and Carphone Warehouse. Neda will ensure that OrgVue practices what it preaches and leads the way in organisational planning & analysis (OP&A). She’ll also aid in the further development of the OrgVue platform from a user-first standpoint.

Neda begins in May, and Ken assumed his role on 1st April. They join as OrgVue has made other senior hires in Germany and Canada. The Sydney office and team opened and assumed their roles in early January. It now has 6 offices and employs over 220 people around the globe.
