Benefits Realisation Methodology is based on a powerful three-stage process that ensures the delivery of on-going benefit whilst supporting our clients in embedding solutions within their organisations.
Stage One – Requirements Analysis
- Concentra will work with you to identify the value that SharePoint can deliver to your organisation
- We’ll help you create the vision for change
- Concentra will then define a roadmap - charting a course for implementation & benefits realisation
- At this stage we’ll use our experience to help you assign roles and responsibilities to key members of your team and align them with members of ours.
Stage Two – Uptake Management
- Concentra will work in close partnership with your project team to transfer skills and knowledge so that the solution is accepted and adopted
- We’ll design and deliver a hands-on training programme to ensure competency in using the tool/solution
- Finally - we’ll provide ongoing support for users to compliment training sessions
Stage Three – Benefits Capture
- Concentra will ensure your team is leveraging the solution to deliver benefits
- We’ll work with you to measure and monitor benefits capture
- We’ll build on our successes by continually raising the bar and refreshing our goals and targets
