At Concentra we see training as an integral part to our clients realising the benefits from any product or solution we deploy. Our education services team has experience in developing and delivering training courses and programmes across our clients’ organisations. We deliver our courses in the most convenient way, whether that is using our own facilities located in Concentra’s central London offices, at our clients ’ own premises or remotely via the web.
To support the learning experience, our educational services team provides training materials and documentation for all our courses and programmes which enhance the learning experience and act as an aide memoire in the weeks to follow.
We have provided SharePoint training courses to over 40 organisations both in the
UK and internationally. We deliver courses for both technical and non-technical
users and cover WSS and MOSS in versions 2007 and 2010. Our standard courses include:
- SharePoint 2010 End User training
- SharePoint 2010 Content Editor training
- SharePoint 2010 Site Owner training
All the above courses can be tailored to meet specific requirements.
For the products and solutions we deploy, we develop and deliver training programmes
in order to drive successful uptake. This can be as broad as supporting national
roll outs or the delivery of discrete one off sessions. For example, we are currently
supporting two national roll outs in the healthcare sector, having developed bespoke
courses, materials and an accreditation process for clinical staff, senior managers,
finance and database administrators.
At Concentra we are experts in business modelling and not only support our clients
in building analytical models that drive performance improvement but also support
the development of our clients’ own internal capabilities by providing hands-on
training. Courses can be tailored to particular industry and functional needs. Our
